  • RECETA: se cogen los dátiles, se les hace un corte a lo largo y se les quita el hueso (se pueden comprar deshuesados), y se les introducen trozos grandes de nueces peladas, se van colocando sobre la bandeja en la que se van a degustar.                                                                                                         
  • INGREDIENTES: dátiles grandes y nueces peladas.
